The TM4C123GH6PMI is a high performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F based Microcontroller targeted for industrial applications. The 80MHz processor core with system timer (SysTick), integrated nested vectored interrupt controller (NVIC), wake-up interrupt controller (WIC) with clock gating, Memory protection unit (MPU), embedded trace macro and trace port, system control block (SCB) and thumb-2 instruction set. On-chip memory, featuring 256kB single-cycle flash up to 40MHz, 32kB single-cycle SRAM, internal ROM loaded with TivaWare™ for C Series software, 2kB EEPROM. Advanced serial integration featuring eight UARTs with IrDA, 9-bit and support (one UART with modem status and modem flow control), four synchronous serial interface (SSI) modules, supporting operation for NXP SPI, MICROWIRE or synchronous serial interfaces, six I²C modules, providing standard (100kbps) and fast (400kbps) transmission and support for sending and receiving data.
