TWR-MPC8309

The TWR-MPC8309 is a tower system module for MPC8309 PowerQUICC industrial development MPU. The MPC8309 processor is part of the entry level MPC830x communications portfolio based on the e300 core architecture. This MPC8309 processor delivers up to 835DMIPS of processing power at less than 1.6W and features 233MHz QUICC engine technology for protocol offloading. The TWR-MPC8309 operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform. The TWR-MPC8309 processor module can be operated as a standalone single board computer (SBC), a primary elevator connected system on module (SoM) or a tower system rapid prototyping development platform.
